Designed for medium and large rooms, the Yealink MVC860 Microsoft Teams Rooms system is a bundle video solution with UVC86 4K dual-eye tracking camera, MCore mini-PC and MTouch II touch panel. Users can also select VCM34/VCM38/CPW90 array microphones and MSpeakerII Soundbar to work with MVC860. The bundle solution brings a premium Teams meeting experience you need to interact, connect and collaborate with internal and external users seamlessly and intelligently.

The Yealink UVC86 is a built-in dual-eye 4K camera with a panoramic camera to detect participants in real-time and a PTZ camera to capture the best picture of everyone in the room. Enjoy an accurate and smooth tracking experience whenever meeting participants are present. Empowered with a range of AI-driven features, including Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking and Presenter Tracking, the UVC86 delivers a smart and effective meeting.

Personalized Audio Solution
Yealink MVC860 system brings more flexibility to the audio solutions. Users can choose voice pickup devices including Yealink VCM34 microphone, VCM38 ceiling microphone, and the CPW90 wireless microphone, combined with MSpeaker II sound bar for particular needs.

Simplified Connections
The MCore mini-PC can be set up on the wall or on a conference table according to particular room layout. Also, in all Yealink MVC II room systems, the MCore cable management solution integrates data and power supply into one CAT5e cable, simplifying the complicated connections and reducing the deployment time.
One-Click to Share
Users can enjoy easy content sharing by plugging in the Yealink WPP20 with one click to share the screen wirelessly, or connecting the laptop to the meeting through the USB-C or HDMI port. In the Yealink MVC II room system, all participants have the flexibility of choosing either wireless or wired ways of content sharing.
Remote Management
Yealink MVC series video solution supports the Yealink Device Management Platform/Cloud Service. You can manage, monitor, configure, update and diagnose all Yealink audio and video devices and peripherals on this platform remotely.

Returns for Businesses/Organisations (Non-Consumers)
If you are a business or organisation and wish to return unused items within 14 working days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
You can request a return by emailing sales@topav.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. While we strive to minimise costs for you, please be aware that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns for Private Consumers (Consumers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund (including delivery charges). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), final sale items and special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
