The ProLite TF1534MC 15" multi touch screen is based on projective capacitive technology which thanks to a glass overlay covering the screen guarantees high durability, scratch-resistance and perfect picture performance. The higher brightness (350 cd/m¬?) ensures crispy and clear image, resulting in outstanding information transmission performance, even in bright environment. The touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. The screen is IP65 rated which means it is dust and water resistant. For ease of installation in any environment the ProLite TF1534MC comes equipped with external mounting brackets making it an ideal solution for kiosk integrators and Instore Retail.
TOUCH TECHNOLOGY - CAPACITIVE
This technology uses a sensor-grid of micro-fine wires integrated into the glass that covers the screen. Touch is detected because electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when human finger is placed on the glass. Thanks to the glass overlay this technology is highly durable, and the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect picture performance and will work with

The IP Code classifies how resistant a device is to foreign objects and moisture. IP65 means the monitor is completely dust tight and will resist water jets.

Returns for Businesses/Organisations (Non-Consumers)
If you are a business or organisation and wish to return unused items within 14 working days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
You can request a return by emailing sales@topav.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. While we strive to minimise costs for you, please be aware that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns for Private Consumers (Consumers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund (including delivery charges). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), final sale items and special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
