Ultra Responsive Interactvity
Optimum sensitivity to touch gestures and rapid response times ensure that users have a smooth, effortless experience. There’s no need to touch the same thing multiple times or wait for a touch to register when interacting with these ultra-responsive displays.
Giant Freestanding Tablet
The tempered glass face, rounded corners, super slim perceived depth, aluminium surround and narrow border around the screen give a captivating tablet-like aesthetic. They also protect the internal components from potential damage in public spaces.
Internal Locker
Having a lockable compartment in the rear of the display with space to fit a small PC or media player means running the screen from an external source is easy – simply use the HDMI or VGA and 5mm audio inputs. This device can be powered from inside the locker with no need for additional power cables.
10-Point PCAP Touch
With projected capacitive technology and up to 10 touch points, users can perform a variety of touch gestures. This includes manipulating images and zooming in/out, similar to using a domestic tablet or smartphone. These features also allow multi ple users to interact with the screen at the same time.
Easy Manoeuvrability
Thanks to the lightweight design, integrated castors and recessed rear handles, these displays off er a portable soluti on that can be easily be moved around. For more permanent installati ons, the retractable feet can be used to keep the display in place.
Android Media Player
The built-in Android media player allows you to easily run and update on-screen content via a website, our own online CMS platf orm or any other compati ble third-party soft ware.
Surface Plasma Treatment
A special oleophobic coating makes the glass front more resistant to the oily residue left by fingerprints, as well as improving the smoothness of touch gestures. Unlike other touch screens on the market, this glass is not etched to vastly enhance the opti cal clarity.
450cd/m2 IPS Panel
Commercial grade IPS technology ensures incredible image quality and colour depth with no fall-off in colour accuracy, as well as achieving ulti mate lifelike colour from an ultra-wide viewing angle in portrait orientation.
Touch CMS
No coding is required to quickly and easily create your own interactive content using our cloud-based Content Management System, which can be packaged with the display for a small charge. Returns for Businesses/Organisations (Non-Consumers)
If you are a business or organisation and wish to return unused items within 14 working days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
You can request a return by emailing sales@topav.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. While we strive to minimise costs for you, please be aware that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns for Private Consumers (Consumers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund (including delivery charges). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), final sale items and special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
