Its 8-inch touch screen and native Teams or Zoom controller experience allow users to join or control a meeting quickly and effortlessly. It greatly reduces the difficulty of using video conferencing system and creates a better meeting experience. Cooperating with Microsoft Teams or Zoom, CTP18 can be paired with video conference endpoint and configure the paired device that make the meeting more communicative and collaborative.

CTP18 adopts effortless and native Microsoft Teams or Zoom controller experience, making meeting control could not be easier. The touch control of the screen outperforms traditional control modes magnificently. You can create or join a meeting on the home screen, and all meeting controls can be navigated on CTP18 with just a touch or a swipe of your finger, including previewing and adjusting the camera, changing the participant layouts, recording, etc.
More Efficient Collaboration
CTP18 can be paired with video conference endpoint, and multi-touch is performed on the touch
screen, which is convenient and simple to control the meeting. Supporting operations such as
answering or hanging up calls to meetings, provides an easy and quickly meeting experience.
At the same time, the paired devices can be directly configured on the CTP18, reducing multi-
directional operations.
Clutter-free Meeting Space
CTP18 supports PoE where one cable carries both data and power for the device. CTP18
supports configuration of paired devices and meeting control features it eliminates the troublesome wiring connection between the TV area and the conference table, creating a clean
and well-organized meeting space.

Returns for Businesses/Organisations (Non-Consumers)
If you are a business or organisation and wish to return unused items within 14 working days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
You can request a return by emailing sales@topav.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. While we strive to minimise costs for you, please be aware that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns for Private Consumers (Consumers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund (including delivery charges). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Number. Items sent back to us without this, will not be accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), final sale items and special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
